Shipping Method
Not all of our products are located in Canada we also ship from the USA, check products for shipping information Wengryn's ships in Canada by Canada Post.  Average shipping time is 4-5 days by Air mail or 7-15 by ground within US & Canada.  If you would prefer a courier shipment, shipping charges will be assessed accordingly. Courier companies generally charge a much larger fee. Most orders will arrive before that time.

Terms
Canadian Orders: Prepayment or COD only. COD orders will be charged an additional COD fee. US & International Orders: Prepayment only.

Wengryn's invoices actual shipping plus a handling fee of up to  $3 per box. USD sales tax does not apply to orders shipped out of Canada.  Harmonized Sales Tax will be charged where applicable on Canadian orders.

Insurance
Canadian Orders: $1 for the first $100 and $.50 for every additional $100, or part thereof. US & International Orders: $1 per $100 or part thereof.

Customs & Duty
Duty for international orders is not controlled by Wengryn's. This will be determine  by the Customs Department of YOUR country. On small shipments, there is usually no duty. Not all of our products are located in Canada we also ship from the USA,

If,  for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging  with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

We offer a 3 payment plan. One third down, one third after 30 days, one third in 60 days. Sorry, no layaway refunds, returns or credits.Once you request the , item is now not for sale to other customers Final payment must be made within 10 days of the due date or customer forfeits all deposits. If your purchase is on layaway, you are guaranteed the merchandise
